Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

We want you to be happy with the tools you buy from us. Every purchase comes with a 14-day refund window, handled by our payment provider Paddle. ProsperAudio is the seller; see our Legal Information page for seller details.

1. Our 14-day refund window

If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will arrange a refund through Paddle. This covers:

  • Technical defects: the product is broken or does not work as described, and we cannot provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Non-delivery: you paid but did not receive your download link or license key, and we cannot resolve the delivery issue.
  • Duplicate purchases: you bought the same product twice in two separate transactions.
  • Compatibility problems that our product page or system requirements failed to make clear.

Your statutory rights in respect of faulty digital content always apply in addition to this policy.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@prosperaudio.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, or request it directly from Paddle at paddle.net. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days once approved.

3. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately. At checkout you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content stops applying once the download has started. That consent does not remove the 14-day refund window described in Section 1, which we honour regardless.

4. Before you buy

To make sure a product fits your setup, we recommend the following before purchasing:

  • Listen to all audio demos and watch video walkthroughs.
  • Check the system requirements, including VST3 and Audio Units compatibility.
  • Verify your operating system (macOS/Windows) and DAW version.
  • For sample and MIDI packs, ensure you can read .WAV or .MID files.

5. Payment provider (Paddle)

All orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller of the product and handles billing enquiries, refunds, and tax compliance. See Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms for the payment and billing mechanics.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or claiming "unauthorized purchase" for a product you have downloaded may result in the permanent deactivation of your license keys and being blacklisted from future purchases.
